Our in-house test center is specifically designed to support our customers in the validation and optimization of their tooling.
Equipped with 4 injection molding machines ranging from 30 to 200 tons of clamping force, allowing tests to be carried out under conditions similar to those of production.
T0 trial to test mould kinematics and general controls.
T1 Test: The first functional test of the mold allowing the production of injected parts, which are then sent to the client for analysis in order to define dimensional fine-tuning. A detailed test report and a batch of parts are systematically sent to the client after the test.
