Moulds with inserts and cavities
Mould with inserts is an injection mold designed to accommodate several sets of cavities in a common mold cavity. This makes it possible to produce different versions of the same part, or similar parts, without having to manufacture a complete new mold.
It's a cost-effective, modular solution, ideal for small and medium-sized production runs or scalable projects. It also cuts production lead times.
Interchangeable mould cavities offer great production flexibility. In the event of wear or modification of the part, it is possible to replace only the mould cavity concerned, without having to remake the entire mould.
