Our methods manager is the link between the design office and the workshop. It defines, plans and secures all stages of mold manufacturing, while ensuring quality, on-time delivery and cost control.
Main tasks include :
- Technical analysis of files prior to production

- Drawing up manufacturing routings
- Time tracking and continuous process improvement
