To fine-tune our support and guarantee perfect conformity between the theoretical design and the actual part, we have at our disposal tomography equipment,

This 3D X-ray imaging technology allows us to :

  • Check the inside of injected parts without destroying them.
  • Analyze assembly quality, porosity and internal defects invisible to the naked eye or traditional means.
  • Numerically compare the injected part with the CAD file with micrometric precision.

Thanks to this approach, we are able to correct, validate and improve designs extremely reliably and quickly, to guarantee production without surprises.
